What is THCa flower?
THCa is a compound that occurs naturally in raw hemp flower. Our flower is federally compliant hemp: every lot is tested to confirm it contains no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis.
Are your products legal where I live?
Everything we sell is hemp-derived and contains no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis. Some states restrict hemp-derived THC products, so certain items are not available in all states. It is your responsibility to know the laws where you live, and you must be 21 or older to order.
Why are your products so small?
On purpose. Every product is a trial size so you can try a few things before committing to a full size. Everything in the shop is $3 to $5.
How do I see the lab results for my product?
Every package has a lot number and a QR code. Scan the code, or email us the lot number, and we will send you the full certificate of analysis for that lot.
How should I store my products?
Somewhere cool, dark and dry, out of reach of children and pets. Keep flower in its glass jar with the lid closed, and keep gummies sealed in their pouch.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Coinbase and Robinhood. Choose your app at checkout, approve the payment in that app, and you are done.
How does paying with an app work?
At checkout, pick the app you want to use. You will be handed off to approve the payment in that app, on your phone or in your browser, and then brought right back to your order confirmation.
How fast is payment?
Usually under a minute. Your order is confirmed as soon as the payment is approved in your app, and you will see a confirmation page right away.
Do you see my app login or card details?
No. You approve the payment inside your own app, so we never see your app password or your card numbers.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are sent back to the same app or wallet you paid with. Once we process a refund it usually shows up within a few business days, depending on the app. See our Refund Policy for details.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order a single $3 item if you like, and shipping is still free in the US.
Orders and shipping
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed by 1 pm Pacific on business days ship the same day. Most orders arrive in 2 to 5 business days.
Is shipping discreet?
Yes. Orders ship in a plain mailer with no logos and no product names on the outside.
Do you ship to every state?
Not every product ships everywhere. Some states restrict hemp-derived THC products, and we do not ship those products to those states. If you are not sure about your state, email us before you order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at hello@canyonleafco.com. If your order has not shipped yet, we will change it or cancel it and refund you in full.
