This Privacy Policy explains what information Canyon Leaf Co. collects when you visit canyonleafco.com or place an order, and how we use it. We keep it short because we collect as little as we can.
What we collect

How we use it
We use your information to process and ship your order, send order and shipping updates, answer your questions, prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations. If you choose to join our newsletter, we use your email to send it, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the companies that help us run the store, such as shipping carriers, the payment app you choose and our hosting provider, and only as needed to do their job. We never sell your personal information.
Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies to keep your cart working during checkout. When you confirm you are 21 or older, we remember that choice in your browser so you are not asked on every visit. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your choices and California rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and legal purposes, and delete other information when it is no longer needed.
Age requirement
Our site and products are only for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
