Shipping
- Cost: free standard shipping on every order shipped within the United States.
- Processing: orders placed by 1 pm Pacific on business days ship the same day. Orders placed later, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days after they ship.
- Packaging: every order ships in a plain mailer with no logos and no product names on the outside.
- Tracking: you will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. Some states restrict hemp-derived THC products, and we do not ship those products to those states. You must be 21 or older to order, and an adult may need to be present at delivery.
Returns
Because our products are consumable, we cannot accept returns of opened products. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or missing something, email hello@canyonleafco.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
