Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older to use this site or buy our products. By placing an order you confirm that you are 21 or older and that you are legally allowed to buy hemp-derived products where you live.
Products and legal compliance
Our products are hemp-derived and contain no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis, as required by federal law. Laws about hemp-derived products vary by state and may change. Some products are not available in all states, and you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you. We may refuse or cancel any order we are not able to ship lawfully.
No medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and these statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Talk to your doctor before using hemp products, especially if you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication.
Orders and pricing
All prices are in US dollars. We try to keep product descriptions, images and prices accurate, but errors happen. If we find an error after you order, we will contact you and give you the choice to continue or cancel. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order.
Payments
Payments are made through third-party payment apps, including Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Coinbase and Robinhood. Your use of those apps is governed by their own terms. Your order is confirmed once your payment is approved.

Intellectual property
The Canyon Leaf name, logo, product names, artwork and site content belong to Canyon Leaf Co. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canyon Leaf Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
